Conference Rooms

The BioAdmin unit has been working hard and monitoring, as well as planning, for COVID-19/Coronavirus and the safety of the UCLA community. We understand that we live in very uncertain times and, with news about the virus changing rapidly, it is hard to digest everything we are reading and hearing from all of the different news outlets. Please know the BioAdmin is committed to working in everyone’s best interest—students, faculty, staff, and community at large. We have been mandated by the Chancellor’s Office that there be no hosting of any in-person event/gathering/meeting, of any size, for the foreseeable future. With this, we will not be taking any further reservations for the conference rooms until instructed by the University that it is safe to do so. Sincerely, BioAdmin

The BioAdmin is responsible for scheduling various rooms in Hershey Hall and the Terasaki Life Sciences Building.  Scheduling requests are administered by the Biology Group Chairs’ office.  Please keep in mind that the Chairs’ Office is not an event planning office.  Our spaces are not full service conference facilities.  Use of these conference rooms and equipment are a courtesy to faculty and administrative groups affiliated with the Life Sciences South Administration Department.

There is no maintenance staff available during business hours to maintain these areas.

Conference Rooms that the Biology Group Chairs’ office are responsible for scheduling:

• Terasaki Life Sciences Building-1100
• Terasaki Life Sciences Bldg- 1000, 1020, 2100, 4100, and 5100

• La Kretz Garden Pavilion
• Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden
• Hershey Hall Grand Salon
