Conference Rooms

The BioAdmin is responsible for scheduling various rooms in Hershey Hall and the Terasaki Life Sciences Building.  Scheduling requests are administered by the Biology Group Chairs’ office.  Please keep in mind that the Chairs’ Office is not an event planning office.  Our spaces are not full service conference facilities.  Use of these conference rooms and equipment are a courtesy to faculty and administrative groups affiliated with the Life Sciences South Administration Department.

There is no maintenance staff available during business hours to maintain these areas.

Conference Rooms that the Biology Group Chairs’ office are responsible for scheduling:

• Terasaki Life Sciences Building-1100
• Terasaki Life Sciences Bldg- 1000, 1020, 2100, 4100, and 5100

Spaces for Rent

Additionally, there are several spaces that are also available, for a rental fee.  These include:

• La Kretz Garden Pavilion
• Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden
• Hershey Hall Grand Salon
