Conference Rooms

The Life Sciences Space Reservations Team is responsible for scheduling various rooms in Hershey Hall and the Terasaki Life Sciences Building.  Our spaces are not full service conference facilities.  Use of these conference rooms and equipment are a courtesy to faculty and administrative groups affiliated with Life Sciences Departments. Please submit reservation requests at https://booked.lifesci.ucla.edu/.
 
There is no maintenance staff available during business hours to maintain these areas.
 
Conference Rooms that the Life Sciences Space Reservations Team are responsible for scheduling:
Terasaki Life Sciences Building – 1000, 1020, 1100, 2100, 4100, and 5100
 

Spaces for Rent

Additionally, there are several spaces that are also available, for a rental fee.  These include:
Hershey Hall Salon
Hershey Hall – Courtyard, Cortile, Foyer and Hallway
